Our story
Running real projects since 2002.
enkorus didn't start as a product. It began in 2002 as ProjectOffice, the way one programme got its work done.
In 2002 I was leading a five-year programme building an enterprise-class product: hundreds of features and user stories, delivered by onshore teams, home workers, contractors and offshore teams.
Nothing on the market fitted, so we built our own. The whole programme ran on it every day: roadmap and releases, features and tasks, risks and issues, meetings and actions, and questions answered where everyone could see them.
More than 1,000 conversations lived in one place, not in email. As people joined and moved on, the knowledge stayed.
We worked this way years before collaboration apps became everyday tools.
Projects and programmes succeed on clarity and alignment: everyone knowing what matters, what comes next and why. Today's scattered tools, a board here, a chat there and documents somewhere else, pull teams apart instead. enkorus brings it all back into one place.
Today's enkorus is a complete rebuild of ProjectOffice, but every part of it comes from that programme: made by practitioners, to solve real project-management problems.
